A NEW SEASON STARTS HERE
LawnBowling.club's live site services and member site services go live in the week beginning , alongside the rest of the core madegood platform.
Once services are live, any bowling club is welcome to register interest. Please share this page with other local clubs and help spread the word.
All requests enter a queue. We offer no service-level agreement (SLA) or guaranteed response or completion time. We have the whole off-season to work with clubs and get things ready for next year.
Year-round clubs take priority: clubs that run events throughout the year and need ticketing and membership management will be prioritised.

Choose the help you need, from a simple website to the systems that keep your membership, venue and events running. Every service is available independently. Multi-service discounts do not require MBCCM.

MEET YOUR GAMES MASTER’S NEW ASSISTANT
My Bowling Club Competition Manager brings entries, draws, check-in and results into one place. Based on ShowDeck’s approach to live events, MBCCM gives your host a control desk and your clubhouse a clear audience display.
Works locally on your device. No internet or Google account needed during play.

RC1 supports singles and pairs, round-robin, sections and knockout formats. Google sync, triples, delegated permissions and cross-club services are future work. We’ll rehearse the current app and your event workflow with you before using it at the club.

You know your club. We’ll listen, work out what will help, and keep the proposal realistic.
Your club, your usual events, the equipment you have and the jobs that take too much time.
We confirm the scope, fee, any VAT, hardware and support. Choose only what is useful to you.
We configure the agreed solution and help your team use it, with a rehearsal before the important day.
BUILT ON TRUST. SUSTAINED TOGETHER.
Local clubs give a lot. Technology shouldn’t make giving your time harder.
charIT and everwished are not pursuing this provision as a profit-making exercise. We’re happy to support clubs and charities free where we can, and to reduce or entirely waive implementation fees where there is genuine need.
The full MBCCM core tool has no DRM and no routine licence-validity checks for general use. Your perpetual core licence does not depend on buying a subscription, hosting or any other service.
When your club can contribute, paying a fair share covers the work and helps us support the next club. Please agree any reduced or gifted arrangement with us so your venue’s licence is recognised.

Every club is different. If yours isn’t covered here, send us a question.
Your venue can continue using the MBCCM core app without a recurring core-app licence payment. The introductory implementation fee includes that licence, configuration, training and practical support in an agreed scope. Other services are optional.
Perpetual core licensing does not promise every future module, ongoing service or third-party product free of charge. No warranty, uptime commitment or service-level agreement is offered. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Cross-club functionality is planned, not available in RC1. Venues that have paid the agreed implementation fee or received an explicitly gifted licence qualify for future cross-club functionality when offered, subject to the service terms.
A club using the software without paid implementation or a gifted licence will need to pay the full £250 implementation and licensing fee before accessing future cross-club functionality. Ordinary core use is not switched off. Other services are available independently, and multi-service discounts do not require MBCCM or a paid MBCCM implementation.
The full core app runs locally on the games master’s device. During play it needs neither an internet connection nor a Google account. Club records belong to the browser profile, so regular full-club exports to a safe external location are essential.
Our current starting point is Windows with a projector or second screen. Third-party controllers, such as tablets, need an equipment rehearsal to confirm platform and independent-display support. Google sync and permissions are future work.
Started competitions can be saved, recalled and continued from the event library. The current release still requires all assigned entrants to be checked in at the initial event start. We’ll agree a suitable workflow for your season before recommending that setup; please don’t mark absent players present just to bypass it.
Singles and pairs are supported. Your club sets its Conditions of Play. MBCCM is not affiliated with or certified by a bowls governing body.
No. The provider must approve the organisation, and its eligible-user rules apply. Ordinary club membership does not automatically qualify someone for a free account. We can help you understand the options and prepare your setup; your authorised club representative makes the application.
See Microsoft nonprofit eligibility and Google’s UK eligibility guidance.
Eligible registered charities can access provider routes with no transaction fees for donations and tickets to events they host. Provider approval, organisation/bank verification, permitted activities and terms apply. Some routes are funded by optional supporter contributions.
That is not a promise of zero fees for every bar, shop or card-terminal transaction. Hardware, subscriptions and any other charges are explained before you commit. Zeffy’s UK ticketing offer is an example of a zero-fee route, subject to its eligibility rules; this is not a claim of partnership.
We can support your organisation as a data-protection contact. Where suitable, we can agree a formal external Data Protection Officer (DPO) appointment after assessing expertise, independence and conflicts of interest.
Your club remains accountable for its data and safeguarding responsibilities. Advice or a management system cannot guarantee compliance on its own. See the ICO’s DPO guidance and OSCR’s safeguarding guidance.
